I have been practicing a wonderful Kriya called Withstanding the Pressure of Time*. It's really uplifting and I feel the tension in my shoulders melting away when I do the first exercise entitled Earthquake Shake. It reminds me of an animal shaking which I expect is a form of stress release. I play this incredible drumming music from Sounds of Isha and just go wild! 'You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching' and in a sense that's true. It's Kundalinii Yoga and our eyes are closed.

The remainder of this Kriya is equally powerful and the side effects include feeling really energised the next day.
