Suitable for all abilities: from those who prefer sitting chair rather than cross legged on the ground (in half or full lotus position.)
This private class will enable you to adopt new breathing techniques, focus your mind, connect to the stillness and the vastness of your being (infinity) in order to gain inner peace and to connect with Universal Consciousness.
All yogic terms, philosophies will be explained. This class is an ideal way to commence a daily practice (Sadhana), or to develop and nurture an existing practice .
The meditation techniques are based on Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and the instructor will be Shahnaz Akal Amrit Kaur.
